What to buy after a 911s?
Hi, i guess i am new to the club.
I used to own a boxster, then (4y ago) i bought my eternal love 911 (997s cab) and although i think a 911 is always a 911, what suggestion would you make to someone that needs more power?

@jamnblues Great question! Money is an issue, if you want to keep the 911 and add something. I guess a ferrari would come only after selling the 911, but initially my thought of a california goes rather up... @bob Corvette is more than a legend, but i think (maybe wrong) it reminds me of a japanese car in terms of plastics and less a classic one

First and foremost ! What are your Goals!? If you want to make your car go faster. Why!? Competition or fun factor? You can slap a tune on the 997 car along with CAT delete. Think like a racer. Racers purchase what is needed to make the car compete. As opposed to purchasing the top GT3 Porsche. You can make a 911 S run the same lap times as a GT3. 1/3 the cost. Ask me how I know. Putting a car on a diet (losing weight) shorter gears is a racers way to make a car go fast. My 911 SC with a 3.6 liter transplant would run 2- 5 seconds a lap faster than my 911 Turbo spinning 300 HP more to the ground. A heavy car is difficult to get going. It's more difficult to stop the thing. Especially in competition. Instead of purchasing the Mega name car. It cost little to nothing pull weight out of the car. Add a COMPLETE tune, suspension, race pads. And, your car will have some spank!
Cayman GT4 or 911 GT3
Are you asking how to make a Cayman run like a GT4 or, 911 GT3?
No, I am answering the question the OP asked.
Guys thanks for all the help!! I guess a small tuning kit would do, but turbo (which is clearly fantastic choice) is too loud for me in terms of external look.
