I have a 86 928s, it will start but then starts cutting out and then dies.

I have just put plugs and wires on it but it started doing this before. after putting them on i took it for a run and it ran great . Then i took it home and it started doing this again while setting in my garage.

Check the fuel pump,sound,s like it may be going bad.
