Would a Toyota Sequoia Platinum with 198,000 with only two owners and
priced at 16,900 be considered a fair/good/great deal??

In my opinion that's not a good deal at all! I wouldn't pay that kind of money for a 9 year old vehicle with that many miles on it! If nothing else the mileage is too high for the age of the vehicle. Average mileage is ten to fifteen thousand miles per year for the age of the vehicle. So this vehicle should have between 90,000 and 135,000 miles on it. I say keep shopping! Hope that helps! Jim
Used vehicle prices these days have gone nuts. Cars that would have went for a grand are now selling for double that or more. From what I've seen in my area that is a bit high but only by a grand. Toyota and Honda are commanding top price right now. As usual have the rig checked by a shop before doing anything.
