Overheating

Can a bad pully or bad serpintine belt
cause my car to overheat. Already
changed thermostat twice got a new
radiator and cap. What's the problem

The belt is what drives the water pump, so if it's bad then your water pump won't operate up to specs. Google how to inspect the serpentine belt, check for proper tension and all that. If it's good, then you may need to inspect the cooling system, could be you have a worn water pump, a leak, trapped air, etc. Also check cooling fans are coming on when they should.
