I called a dealer on here. I have the texts and phone records. But cant review
because your system says they have no record. I HAVE PROOF!!!!! Nice little
scam you folks have here. I would never buy from the idiots at Knox Drives
after how they dealt with me. And now I see you obviously support it. Ill never
use this website again!!! Crooks hiding true reviews that people need to know.
About you supporting them and them being incompetent!! Attached is a small
part of our text conversation. I have proof of multiple calls.
So you support a system that doesn't allow honest reviews??? You are as
incompetent as them.

Looks like you texted them personally via your phone, not messaged them through the cargurus system? I'll remind you, this is public area to ask car repair questions, and if it is important to you, email: user_support@cargurus.com. No one car ad site like Cargurus can filter through hundreds of car dealers and ads. If you want to know where Cargurus stands on issues, I suggest you read the Terms of Use, where there is a link at the bottom of the webpage. You also do know, that emails to you are auto generated, there isn't a person on the other end sending these out.

Who pulled your chain Jim? Do you dumbasses just have a special group? I was 2 hours away bright boy. If the truck was as clean as he said I would make an offer WHEN I GOT THERE!! You are as smart as him. And the guy who thinks that’s my number on the screenshot. That’s the car lots number. They won’t answer the phone. They ASK you to text. I suggest you know what you are talking about it just STFU.
You do realize, "bright boy", that this website has nothing to do with any of the dealers who advertise here? If you were truly interested in the vehicle you would have driven the two hours to see it instead of playing around on your phone. Dealers regard "customers" like you who call, text, or email as unimportant tire kickers who aren't worth wasting their time on. You're the guy who emails someone on craigslist "is it still available?" Just a wild guess but I bet you get the same response, IGNORED!! Jim
