hard time pumping gas on a toyota tundra 2013 5.7 L

I know that fuel tank is empty but when im pumping gas the nozzle stop
pumping like when you have a full tank. need help please

The EVAP system may need clearing out (Google your vehicle's EVAP system to see how they work). In your case the canister has an ORVR (on-board recover) valve, as you fill the tank this one-way valve directs displaced vapors to the EVAP canister. If it's stuck, the vapors can't escape and the increased pressure in the tank causing the pump nozzle to shut off.
