When the problem is ongoing, if it cranks good but won't start. Make sure battery has a full charge, have helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse. As far as which relay is clicking, at the moment, I don't know? Sometimes you can put your hand on the relay and feel the vibration? Then, maybe the fuse box or whatever will have a legend on it that tells you what the relay controls, if you don't already know? Then check relay wiring circuits.
