do i have to depressureize entire ABS system in order to change front calipers in my 1988 acura legend

No. When you remove the caliper you'll lose some fluid, just make sure you DO NOT pump the brake when the line is open or you'll suck more air in. After the caliper is on and line reattached bleed the brakes as normal. No air should have gotten as far as the ABS so you can bleed the line just fine.
