small light under driver's side dash stays on after engine is turned off? also ignition green light is on

You need a new battery...not only that but the connection of the 1/0 cable to the ground/chassis is an area of concern...you may take a coarse wirebrush and clean off the territory where the lug connects as this ground will re-weld itself with each start~ tenuous place to put the grounding of the ECU and ground source for the panel, ignition, fuel and all of the auxiliary devices not related to starting~...that's just the way all automakers like to do it...I don't design 'em...but if I did this would be one change...varying Amperages and varying voltages will kick the ECU's ability to make good decisions resulting in red and green being illuminated simultaneously.~
