Hopefully the window just fell off the track and you can just place it back on. Sometimes its the power window motor but if you still hear the window trying to go up or down then its probably off track. Just take the door panel off, it's held on by screws located in various parts around the door sometimes hidden by plastic covers, then you'll see the window probably sitting at a strange angle. It should be something as simple as placing the window back on the track and closing up the door panel.

I actually just had to do this. If you don't have the time to completely take the door panel off, which I recommend doing if you do, then simply make sure that your window is on straight. Next make sure that your window motor is still working by listening for the sound of it going up or down. Then roll it all the way down, lift your window straight up and slowly let it down leaving a little room for you too grab it. After that when you attempt to roll it back up it should catch and roll right on up.
