where is the fuel pump relay located at? and if its not the relay, how do i change the fuel pump?

Should be under hood in fuse panel,and the fuel pump is in the tank.

Passenger foot well behind carpet panel of center console. Check it first. These tend to go bad with age. Also keep in mind that your fuel pump does not prime on these cars. It will only come on if engine is actually turning over. If not coming when engine is turning over then check for power going to it. If none found then check for signals coming from you cam and crank position sensors. These can get damaged if timing belt starts coming apart.
