My 93 Dodge Stealth R/T cranks over but will not run

Replaced: ECU twice, spark plugs and wires, timing belt "verified correct timing
numerous times", Mass Air Flow Sensor twice, etc., etc.

Does it have spark and fuel? If so do a compression check. Yours should be 150 psi to 200 psi. Any showing 0 psi will have bent valves.
