On our way to look @ 1985 Volvo 240DL wagon w/210,000 mi, lowered, front springs removed, & small dent in LF 1/4 panel but incl rplcmt fender. Asking $1300. True mkt val?

1300 Sound,s close,but if it need,s work,should try to get it cheaper.
Why in the world would anyone lower a 245dl? I find that amusing. Any way they are bullet proff cars and all mechanical parts are interchabrable with the 244dl and gl. A vehicle that old should be evaluated by its present condition and repair history.
