1989 Buick Reatta: Brakes do not function. Brake pads are good. Several mechanics have inspected the brake system but do not know what the problem is or how to fix it. Please help! Thanks in advance! Considering selling the vehicle if no fix is found.

Sorry. The brake pedal has no pressure. When I press on the brake pedal it goes in all the way. I've been told before that it might simply be a relay thats bad, a bad master cylinder or the accumulator. These were just guesses from mechanics that have never worked on this kind of car and could not guarantee that replacing the above mentioned items would result in resolving the issue. Thank you!
