will leaking injectors cause my 1989riviera 2 or3 cranksto start?

Maybe but could be many things like the dirty throttle body or IAC, or electrical connectors that need opened up and cleaned with contact electrical board cleaner and dielectric grease added to the inside before connecting back up to the fuel pump needing more time to prime to bad tune up parts (plugs & wires). I would crank it up if you can a few times a week either way.

bad starter relay could do that . when did u change the fuel filter? i had a rivi that model year. strong car.
