Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I got a 2003 Ford Focus 2.0 and I'm having some
clutch issues . I can't put it in gear when the car is
on and running, but if I turn the car off I am able to
put it in gear with no problem clutch seems a little
loose like there's not a lot of pressure but when the
car is off and I put it in gear and then turn the car
on while in gear it jerks forward like it wants to take
off but then stalls I tried bleeding the fluid but still
doesn't seem to work can somebody please help
