I believe your vehicle has a fuel pump inertia switch that cuts off the fuel pump during a collision/impact. On sedans, the resettable switch is often located in the trunk behind that thin fiber panels. Sometimes it is near the driver's left foot behind the kick panel. Keep looking until you find it. It's small with a large red button that clicks when pressed it down to reset.
