Question type: General

Have a 1989 Cadillac allante. With a electrical problem. Dash lights and
headlights and taillights not working. Dealer told me the problem is when I
put my soft top up the switch that pulls the soft down shorted out. That's why
I have no dash lights and no headlights and no taillights. So now that have to
replace the switch that pulls the soft top down and find out where the short is
to find out why I have no lights. Dose this make any sence or is the dealer full
of BS....

Biggest issue on Allante's is that so few mechanics can understand them because they were such a limited production - over 20 years ago. Give John a call at 609-634-6518. he will tell you what you need to do.
