What size replacement battery do I need?

Please provide Type and Size of Battery needed to easily run a 1989 Cadillac Coupe DeVille.  The one I recently purchased will not hold a charge.  Thank you

If your new battery goes dead you probably have a parasitic battery drain that you need to find and fix.

You need a group size 78 battery. If you don't drive the vehicle often, disconnect the negative battery cable when you park it. This will prevent the battery from going dead while the vehicle is sitting. Since you recently bought the battery it could be defective. Take it back and exchange it. Hope that helps! Jim
