I have fuel problems very little pressure at rail pump runs constant when ignition is on when off fuel leave's rail imediatly it breifly trys to turn over with ether but wont

Does this mean i have electrical
problems or just need my fuel
system looked at.  Please help

More than likely,a bad fuel pump,

Thanks i purchased this car it has only 96,000 i was shocked the ladys husband passed 8 yrs ago shes drove it 6 yrs its been setting in a garage 2 being started weekly i spent very hard earned money and only drove it 2 days it spittered lost power and died i hope thats all it is

That is it,car set up for a while,meaning not driven,bad gas set in on the pump.

Ive got spark i changed fuel reg.and fuel pump relay didnt help so i will drop the tank change pump , clean tank clean the lines and hope for the best
