2013 Camry SE didn't start

My 2013 Camry SE has failed to start on several occasions, until trying again at a later time. Dealer service department says can't diagnose unless checked at time of problem, which is Not possible if car is not at dealer.  Battery is ok.

There was a recall for the electrical system on the 2013 Camry. I think if you phone in your Vin# the dealer they can tell you if your vehicle qualifies. Intermittent no start conditions are very hard to diagnose. Honestly, if you want a reliable Camry, you should find one pre-2000 with low miles. I personally think the mid 90's Camrys were the best and most reliable.
