On My 2013 toyota camry stereo  volume shuts off when I
turn the volume up?

perhaps there is a low-voltage condition...you might test power goin to the stereo....make sure the Ground is there strongly...you may have to get dutch and clean the car battery, negative and negative connection to the block to make sure that ground is there and reliable too~
