I have a 1982 chevy caprice classic 4 door. I just replaced the brake booster and master cylinder, now my brake lights won't go off..my battery is being drained and needs a charge every day.

Look up under your dash where the brake pedal is. When you push the brake pedal, it should hit a tiny switch that pushes into a little box It's the brake switch.. I'm guessing it's either out of adjustment or faulty.
