If you have a battery charger on it and it still won't crank over, the starter is bad, or battery is shorted out.

If Figured It Would B My Starter I Jus Got Battery Charged But B4 I Had It RunNin Nd It Shut Off On Me DueTto Lack Of Gas Nd Wouldnt Start Since I Kno Fuel Pump works

Try smacking it with a hammer. Sometimes this works.
