Car has been starting and running fine.
Went to start and motor turned 1/2
revolution then starter seized with a
clank. Tried 2 more times nothing but a
hum from starter. Waited 10 min and
starter worked, motor cranked but no
start. Check starter it was fine, replaced
anyway. Motor cranks fine but will not
fire.getting fuel and have full
lights,guages,etc... Any ideas

Pull your spark plugs and see if it turns over. I wonder if a cylinder is full of oil, gas or coolant.
How do you know its only 78,000 miles? Are you the original owner of this car?
There's not enough digits to read over 100,000 miles. See picture.
Really, it could have - dare I say - probably - 178,000 or 278,000... a 33 year old car would have to have been mothballed for years on end to only have 78k
FordNut, yes, it was either owned by the "Little Old Lady From Pasadena " or a cloistered monk! Neither of them is believable. More likely the 278,000.
