No. Power steering is completely separate from ur cooling system.

You must be confused, the Mustang uses ATF as the power steering fluid. If you are getting ATF in your radiator and coolant reservoir then the transmission cooler line has failed in the radiator. Replace the radiator and flush both the cooling system and your automatic transmission fluid ASAP to limit damage to the transmission. If the power steering looks like it has water in it, it might just be old, suck the fluid out with a small hand pump or turkey baster and replace the fluid.
