where is the ignition control module located?

I have a 2003 mustang with the 3.8. I can't find the ICM even though the part is available. HELP!!!

2003 Mustang 3.8 has coil pack ignition and does not have an ignition control module. The ignition control is done through the ECM. We have a 2002 mustang convertable with a 3.8 liter engine. We cannot find the ignition control modual if it has one. The coil pack has been replaced but it still just chugs and will not fire. Can you help in any way? Thank you.
