I hit a stump on a dirt driveway what's causing the clicking noise?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I hit a stump sticking out of the ground
on a dirt driveway.  I was barely rolling
but it hit under my car really hard.
After I drove about 5 miles turned my
car off then started it right back up and
drive 10 more miles it began to click.  I
haven't drove it for 24 hours.  I just
drove it to the store and back and it's
clicking more when I accelerate.  I
looked underneath it and can see it hit
the motor mount,  the exhaust right
behind the mount and can tell it hit
some down the exhaust in the back.
What could it be?
