It's got to be(e) a loose or bent heat shield for your exhaust. If you can duplicate the noise, (in park or in drive with the brake FIRMLY applied) by varying the RPMs, someone else can listen and at least narrow down the area from where the bug is beeing, left side or right, front or rear. Then (with the engine off) from underneath the truck, start tapping on your heat shields till one announces it is loose. Usually if you just smack the tar out of the buzzing one, it will loose it's "harmonics'. Remember, noise is vibration! Of course, if a screw is missing (for holding the shield to the floor or what-have-you) replace the screw or nut. Bee good! then (with engine off) start hammering on your hear shields
