Anti theft lock

My truck was broken into and had the
ignition switch torn out. Now my anti theft
device wont let me start the truck. How do i
disaem it or remove it

I have a 99 ford ranger lost key an bought another key, switch an little device that goes with key and switch. But my truck still went turn over .the anti theft system wont let it even try to turn over . So how do I get rid of the anti theft system period

I have a 2002 Ford ranger I pulled the fuse on the left side of the dash and now the truck will not start the radio does not turn on when the key is on
