grinding/rubbing noise right front

Vehicle has under 5000 miles...Ford dealership said 2 bent wheels/bad tires??? Independent garage had it on the lift for a day...replaced one tire with scuff, checked the wheels - all fine, changed wheel bearing. Was better for a short time...it's back sounds like brakes but it's not. Any ideas?

Yes & the bearing was replaced.
If everything else has been checked I would double check the brakes in case they are dragging.
I will check again, but I'm inclined to think its a FORD suspension problem....
Do you have stock wheels and tires on the car or aftermarket big wheels and tires?
I am thinking rubber on plastic idea as well. Fender well liner rub noise. If not something is bent such as a brake backing plate. Good Luck!
Aftermarket Zenettis with low profile tires...from the dealer. It doesn't sound like liner rub...more like metal rub....started at about 3800 mi. Thanks, for the luck........
If the wheel offset is wrong it could cause wheel bearing problems.
Sorry, to be such a girl, but wouldn't there be the same problem on the other side?
Perhaps but maybe the problem just showed up on the right side first. If you still have the stock wheels and tires you could swap them out and see what happens. I am just throwing these things out because you have eliminated the obvious. Did this problem start shortly after the new wheels and tires?
They were part of package from car dealership....yes, the same one that said "bent wheels/bad tires"....great for the first 4000 miles...then sounded like caliper grab...took it in under warranty & got the above answer. Lord, I'm hoping it doesn't migrate to the other front.
I suggest another opinion. A good front end shop perhaps.
Yeh, it probably needs a specialist....or I need to trade for a 4X4, lol.
The right front wheel was out of round...repaired...still making noise. Next stop balancing/alignment...if that doesn't do the trick I'm switching the front wheels & seeing if it is mechanical ala the brake backing plate etc....the wheel hub/bearing already have been replaced.
