Take it to the Chevy dealer your under warranty.
Kidding? No, if it is a new Corvette, it is under warranty and they will troubleshoot and fix it for you. Is the fuse blown? Is it even turned on and volume up? Is the mute button activated? And no I'm not kidding. This has happened a lot. New cars with new controls often get confusing until people learn how to operate the new stuff in new cars. It could even be a lose connection. All this can be done and corrected by taking it back to the dealership. Pain in the butt? Yes it is. Frustrating? Yes it is. Want to listen to the sounds as your cruising down America's highways? Go to the dealer and get it looked at.

If i'm not mistaken, Your corvette needs to be reprogrammed. I just had a 14 c7 come through the shop with the fuel gauge and DTE display not reading at all. Needed the BCM to be reprogrammed. It's under warranty and should be covered.
I have a 2013 grand sport, and the same thing happened to me. I read your posts first and continued searching for other answers when I ran across another posting talking about the audio plug to our smart phones. I literally pulled the audio plug out of my console and the radio started working. I left it plugged in for the last few months to connect my iPhone for music stored. Guess it stopped recognizing it!? Either way, it's worth a try...that worked for me and all is right in the world again. Good luck. Sucks such a bad ass car had stupid issues like this.
Very common problem it seems. Check GM docs PIC5934 & PIC5934B
