How to check codes on 1990 Dodge Dakota

I'm searching for an OBD-1 code scanner that can
help me to identify codes in my 1990 Dakota.
On the dash, my ABS light, my Engine Maintenance
light, and my E-brake light are on, but none of them
should be.
Id like to find a code reader, or figure out how to get
those lights off my dash.
Any help is appreciated
Its a 1990 Dodge Dakota 3.9L RWD pickup with
60k miles on it.
