My 2014 Jeep Patriot heater blows cold air, what could be wrong?

Take a look at the heater blend door actuators and relay for the blend door...

THE HEATER DOS'NT WORK RIGHT WHEN SETTING STILL IT HEATS ON THE HI WAY IT DOS'NT HEAT

My aunts Ford edge did this its 2015 and she had no coolant in reservoir I topped it up all works good now
