I am Buying a used SUV, they all have high miles.
What is considered to many miles on a used
vehicle?

That depends on the vehicle, some are just made better than others. I've seen Toyotas and Hondas have incredible elapsed mileage on them 350 to 500 K and still going strong, while others have blown up with less than 50K. So, if you're inquiring about the Jeep and it has over 80K on it you're better off just walking away. I will never own another Jeep or Chrysler product.

Average mileage is ten to fifteen thousand miles per year for the age of the vehicle. So a 2014 model should have between 100,000 and 150,000 miles on it. Anything over that is high mileage. Jim
