2014 IMPALA NO AUDIO

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

No audio at all, turn signals, On star, radio...
Got infotainment screen to come on by
cycling fuse below steering wheel. Cycled
AMP in engine compartment nada, did close
door for 2 min Nara, held Onstar on a tip
nada. Then everyone said leaks in
trun/backseat to find wire harness that may
be affected by water. Removed back seat
only to find no harness and not 1 he even to
look for one in. All sealed. I love my radio
...any ideas ??

Dam i have the same issue No audio at all, no open door chime, no key in ignition reminder, no onstar, no turn signal click, no radio, cant change from fm to am or xm, can't direct tune radio. Have tried removing fuses, restarting car, disconnecting battery but driver information center still says "Audio:Off"

On my 2015 it turned out the amp went bad replaced it everything working now
