How do I pay TT&L in Minnesota when I am buying the car in Maine.

All I ever needed when buying from another state was a signed and notarized title and bill of sale. But to be certain ... go to Minn DOV web site. Make sure the car is "Unencumbered" meaning that there are no liens on the car
