Can I change the fluids and flush the fluids in my transmission and replace those fluids and how do you do it?

I noticed that my 2015 kia forte does not show a transmission dipstick how might one check the transmission fluid? I mentioned this to the salesman and he did not know either. This dipstick is visable on other cars, why not the Kia Forte?
