It depends on where you are located. In my area, I think a new 2014 Kia Soul Base is at $16,000. I would look around and look for the best price. I bought a used Kia Soul + 2011, and I love. I truly believe you get the best value on a used car, of course the vehicle having a clean history report. I would go with Kia Soul +, they have the upgrade 2.0 engine.
