I replaced all 4 fuel injectors, but still have issue of #1 injector DUMPING fuel in to cylinder.

My 1995 dodge spirit randomly shuts off while driving and then starts right back up when I put it in park. I think it might be the fuel pump but I'm not sure, any advice would help, thank you.
