My 83 gmc won't start

I went mudding and came home and ran around
for bit and came home and now my truck won't
start I can hit the key and it will turn over and want
to start  but it just turns over. Could it be my fuel
pump?

Go to autozone , rent fuel pressure tester and test for pressure, make sure its within range. Dats 1st.

It's got 2 tanks and they both do the same I'm thinking it could be a bad ground or a fuse blew I just dont understand why it did it like it did I pulled into my driveway and it just died and I tried to start it and that's when it started doing this

Well first test for pressure, you can check you relays and fuses too. Long shot but did you check fuel filter?

Also did you get under and just check around? Mudding might have cut wire, bent line, whatever. Might be worth taking look!
