where do i put the lines that go into my valve covers on a 1988 gmc sierra 5.7 liter

I'm replacing my old valve covers with new aftermarket eldelbrock valve covers and im not
sure where to put the old lines that went to the old valve covers.

one about 1/2 inch hose from vacuum source to a pvc valve stuck in cover is a must , any other openings would be for air in,, to vent the pvc and flow across removing vapors.
