There is both a fuse and a relay. Check fuse box in cab and under hood.

I FOUND A FUEL FLOW RELAY UNDER THE HOOD IN THE FUSE BOX. CAN THESE BE TESTED ???? AM NOW GOING TO LOOK UNDER DASH. WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW I MAKE OUT. TKS.

Yes relays can be tested with the right volt meter. Wikipedia has good step by step instructions on how to test. Follow those directions exactly as it says and you'll be golden.

Fuse's seem to be ok. Guess it is time to replace the fuel pump. Thanks for your help.

When you turn the key to the run position can you hear the pump run? If not it probably is the pump.
