Just from experience, nothing to do with your key issue. Make sure you change oil reg. Flush radiator. And listen for any unusual noises while engine is running. I just replace my engine with 113000 miles on it. Water pump let go, and dumped into crankcase, causing catastrophic failure. Oil turned milky white. Overall it's a great model, Ford will do nothing. Happy Motoring
