Will not start on hills

I have a 2014 Ford Taurus Limited
Edition.. Sometimes when I park my
car on a hill, going downward. My car
will not start.. I hear a clicking noise
when I try to start it, but it will not
catch.. Have any one had this
problem?? Any Solutions??

The being parked on a hill part doesn't make sense but when the starter just clicks that's the sound of the starter Bendix engaging but the starter motor isn't turning, could be low voltage or bad starter
