Purchased 2014 RR V8.(31,400 MILES )in 1/20/2019..DRL lights come on with
ignition. The halo lights do not. I'm getting from local LndRover  Dealer they
can't turn them on computer program not available. I see local 2014 RR all over
with halo working. I'm not GETTING any help. I didn't buy FROM ROVER
DEALER. Suggestions or recommendations

Maybe they halo lights are burned out or not getting power. Some basic trouble shooting with a multimeter is in order.
