I have a 1985 f150 will a 1978 f150 font grille bolt
up reason I want round headlight instead of square

I doubt it. since one has round headlights and the other doesn't. But you can go to a junk yard and eye-ball it to get an idea. If all else fails, remove the grill and bring it to a body shop along with the light you want to use. They will be able to fabricate a workaround for what you want.
