Normally there is a hole underneath on the bottom side of the column where a thin ice pick type rod can be inserted to remove the lock. Insert the rod, you will feel tension. Insert the key and turn while pulling and it should come right out.

What I'm looking for is not in this pic. It's a plastic piece that circles the hole for lock cylinder and a Separate Peace that has two wires on it that initiate the buzzers with electricity?where does the quick coupler go?
