is there a fuel injection that can operate off the engine alone?

i have a1986 ford f150 4.9l i6 that I would like to fuel inject it, the problem is the
engine basically runs off 1 wire.there is no electronics. so my question is there
a fuel injection that runs off vacuum and timing?
