If your saying the starter motor won't crank, that is where you start testing. You need to be sure tranny is in park or neutral and a functional parking brake is set. At the starter motor usually two voltage circuits, one comes from the battery, hot all the time. The other circuit usually goes hot with key in the crank position and is usually wired through the neutral or clutch switch depending on the tranny. You have a starter relay, terminal 30 should be hot all the time, if you use a jumper wire between terminal 30 and 87 with relay unplugged, the starter should crank, even w/o the key. Just remember make sure tranny is out of gear. Safety is your responsibility. I could go on, but, that's enough for now. Yeah, you need to make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good.
